Performs analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities for the GRO deparment. Reviews sales-related metrics associated with such things as the pipeline, opportunity entry, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment. Performs regular reporting and variance analyses against revenue targets. Expert in metric results, nuances, sources, and limitations. Proactively and timely raises issues and key knowledge to stakeholders. Responsible for handling incentive compensation processing, validation, analysis and distribution of incentive compensation reports and payments for one or more Consilio business units. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, this person will be accountable for ensuring that incentive compensation calculations are accurate, communicated properly, and completed in a timely manner.
