Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Benefits and Compensation to join in us in the Netherlands.  

The Senior Analyst, Benefits and Compensation will provide support to the Global Compensation & Benefits team on key Reward and People projects; including but not exhaustively Benefit review and renewal processes, Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus Processes and other projects such as Global Grading and performance management.

What will you be doing?  

General

  • Provide professional advice on compensation and benefits policies at both individual and policy level 
  • Point of contact for Day-to-Day Compensation and Benefits related queries from People Business Partners and People Services team 
  • Research best practices, documenting, developing and improving robust Reward processes and practices
