We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Analyst to join our growing Mergers and Acquisitions team in Melbourne.

As a Senior Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality engagements across a broad range of industries and clients. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and high-performing team, contributing to the execution of transactions and advisory projects with real impact.


What will your typical week look like?

  • Develop and review 3-way financial models utilising best practice financial modelling techniques and relevant tools;
  • Develop quality commercial and financial analysis and compile research on relevant entities, industries and comparable companies and transactions;
