THE ROLE Candidate would be actively working on L1, L2 related issues on Windows platform.He would be responsible for monitoring & troubleshooting jobs, analysing data, explicit actions as per runbook, escalation to Business support teams, and needs to handle events within stipulated timeframe.Understanding Priorities, able to clear distinguish between Urgent vs Important task/Job, Collaborate with L2/L3 support to fix any long running issues, Design escalation matrix/mechanism for Working Days & Holiday Jobs & Analysis on Historical trend.
