How You Will Contribute:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering, you will play a key role as a member of the Core Lifecycle Management team that supports packet optical products at Ciena.

You will:

  • Lead hardware design activities.Hardware-design prime for PCB artwork changes to enhance functionality, increase supply chain resiliency, correct errors, and/or reduce cost.Contributions include electrical simulation, functional schematic, physical PCB layout reviews, documentation, and working with contract manufacturing teams
