The role leads the Refrigeration Department with a focus on plant performance, safety, maintenance standards and operational reliability, reporting to the Refrigeration Manager.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, with fault-finding skills, strong safety compliance and the ability to supervise contractors while working within a team to meet production goals.
