Senior Al Engineer

This role is Office Based, Hyderabad Office

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how AI and machine learning are developed and deployed in a real-world, enterprise SaaS environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to explore how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI tools can make work more personal and efficient.

In this role you will…

  • Support the design, development, and testing of AI-driven features within Cornerstone’s Galaxy ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on small projects involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generative AI.
