We need a heavyweight Python Engineer who can architect multi-agent workflows and custom MCP servers.
The Mission
Architect Agentic Flows: Design Plan → Act → Critique loops and A2 A (Agent-to-Agent) orchestration.
Master the Context: Build custom MCP servers , context compression, and structured JSON outputs.
Production-Grade RAG: Implement hybrid search, query rewriting, and grounded citations.
Scale & Safety: Deploy via Fast API/Kubernetes with robust guardrails, PII-safe logging, and cost optimization.
The Tech Stack
Core: Python (Expert), Fast API, Docker, Kubernetes.
AI: Azure Open AI, Anthropic, Llama, Lang Graph/Lang Chain.
Data: Vector DBs, SQL/No SQL, Hybrid Search.
Protocol: Model Context Protocol (MCP), REST, Event-driven systems.
