Role Overview

CBRE Europe Advisory is building a progressive AI skills program to equip employees across the region with the knowledge and tools to work effectively in an AI-enabled environment. The Senior AI Trainer, Europe will design and deliver the flagship Level 3 offering: a series of live, bespoke expert sessions tailored to CBRE’s specific business lines, tools, and use cases. This is a senior permanent role requiring deep expertise in enterprise AI adoption, strong facilitation skills, and the credibility to engage at Director level and above across a complex, multi‑market organization.

Key Responsibilities – Program Delivery

• Design and deliver live AI training sessions tailored to CBRE business lines across Europe, building on foundational and tool-level learning completed in Levels 1 and 2.
