Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solutions architecture.
  • Proven experience building and deploying real-time AI systems into production.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, RAG systems, fine-tuning, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong architectural expertise integrating AI solutions with enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AI compliance, governance, and data protection requirements across multiple regions.
    • Experience:
  • Experience designing AI-driven productivity and developer experience solutions.
  • Experience applying AI across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure productivity and efficiency improvements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, global stakeholder teams.
