AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the evolution of an AI-powered IT help experience built on Slack, handling requirements, backlog, rollout planning, and success metrics. You will partner with engineering and Support Operations to sharpen troubleshooting, escalation, and response quality.

The role requires prior ownership of an agentic AI product in production and strong experience shaping and evaluating prompts, with a focus on agent workflows and AI quality trust
