Senior AI-Native Developer

We are a B2B sales and marketing consultancy building AI into the core of how we work. We're hiring a senior, highly experienced developer to own that build. This is a demanding founding technical role — we are looking for a top‑tier candidate with a proven track record, not someone learning on the job.

The role

You will design, build and maintain a suite of AI‑powered business tools: client‑facing web applications, an AI layer over our CRM, automated document and presentation generation, call transcription and analysis pipelines, and live reporting dashboards. You'll work directly with the Principal, own the technical estate end to end, and your work will be in use with clients within days of shipping.
