About Decorpot 

Decorpot is a fast-growing home interiors brand helping Indian families 

design homes that feel like theirs. We work across 22+ cities, design 

thousands of homes a year, and are scaling a content and creative 

engine that powers the brand, performance marketing, social, SEO, and 

customer communication. We're at a point where AI is genuinely 

changing what's possible in design and motion work - not as a gimmick, 

but as a real multiplier on what a small, sharp team can produce. We're 

hiring someone to lead that change inside our creative function. 

The Role 

This is a new role and it's a real one. We're not looking for someone 

who's tried Midjourney a few times. We're looking for a designer-motion-

creator who has built things with AI tools, knows where the technology is 

genuinely useful and where it falls apart, and can bring that judgment
