Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to take ownership of the core AI/ML components of our platform. This is a product-focused role at the intersection of cutting-edge agentic AI and enterprise-grade software. You will design LLM orchestration systems, build MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools, and implement advanced RAG systems that are secure, scalable, and compliant.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of Backend, Frontend, and DevOps engineers to deliver a world-class conversational AI experience that impacts employee benefits decisions.
