What You'll Do
  • Drive the design, development, and evolution of the AI Prototyping Lab, enabling engineers, business teams, and innovators to rapidly experiment with emerging AI technologies in a secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready environment.
  • Lead the creation of prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilot solutions that validate business opportunities and accelerate innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, development patterns, and tooling ecosystems to identify opportunities that improve productivity, innovation, and business outcomes.
  • Transform innovative concepts into reusable platform capabilities, accelerators, and scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Promote AI‑native development practices and experimentation‑driven engineering approaches across the organization.
