Concentrix Singapore is hiring a Training & Coaching professional to design and deliver advanced training programs for our sales team. You will coach SDRs and AEs, translate data into targeted coaching plans, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and playbooks.

The role requires 3+ years in sales training, strong communication, and familiarity with MEDDICC/BANT; AI product updates should inform training content. Hybrid work setup with ongoing learning culture.
