Encora is seeking a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer (AI) to design and deliver scalable automation solutions using RPA and AI technologies in a hybrid setup in Colombia.

You will lead architecture, implement infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes while developing intelligent workflows with AI capabilities and collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact results.
