Senior AI Architect / Developer

Hands-on architect-builder role for the DHS/CBP ETMSS program. Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems, chatbots, RAG models, APIs, and full-stack integrations while setting architecture and technical roadmaps. Hybrid Direct Hire role in Ashburn, VA. Requirements - U.S. citizen with active DHS, DoD Top Secret, or Q-level clearance - 10+ years of management and/or development/architecture experience - Hands-on multi-agent and generative AI solution design and delivery - LLMs, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure - PyTorch, LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable AI frameworks - API and backend/frontend integration, federal governance and compliance experience - Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication Benefits Compensation: $250,000 target salary. Direct Hire role with confirmed funding and approximately two years remaining on the CBP ETMSS contract.
