Job Description

Parloa is seeking a Senior Agent Architect to transform customer service with AI agents and to support the implementation of Parloa’s solutions for clients and partners. You will design AI workflows, craft precise prompts, and ensure end-to-end readiness, including integration work with enterprise systems.

You will fine‑tune conversational flows, manage integrations via APIs, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
