Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a B. Sc. (Hons) in Agronomy or related field crop qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Agronomy, with at least 5 years' experience in the Seed and/or FMCG industry
- Must have a proven track record influencing across functions
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, supported by excellent communication and networking skills
- Expert knowledge of grain production and storage quality drivers
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and complex environments, with an agile mindset
- Must have experience with commercial farmers
- Experience in row crop production, with cereals being highly advantageous
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and within geographically dispersed teams
