Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direction and leadership for the Project.

Align the project with the goals and objectives of the business.

Conduct project planning and identify milestones.

Define an appropriately detailed integrated project plan for cost, time and quality for

the agreed scope.

Optimise resource allocations to maximise performance.

Define and manage dependencies of the project with other on-going initiatives.

Monitor milestones and evaluates progress.

Identify variances in project progress and take corrective actions.

Assure proper co-ordination of all line and staff elements to make the project a

success.

Assess and report project status, e.g. cost, schedule, quality and risks, to the

business initiative manager and senior management.
