Applaudo is looking for an Agile Facilitator in Bogotá, Colombia, to empower teams through collaboration and agile best practices. You will lead Agile ceremonies and support multiple teams to enhance their delivery efficiency and Agile maturity.

Ideal candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in Agile roles, strong knowledge of methodologies, and excellent facilitation and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in English is mandatory for working with US-based clients.
