Leading team to achieve FOC plan delivery (OTIF On-time, in full).Monitoring and tracking FOC plan post approval to ensure successful receipts of FOC stock into the Distribution Centre, through to allocation, shipment, and receipt at POS (Retail) in time for Product Launch, Promotional Use, Stock Replenishment, Loyalty Redemption, etc. - share visibility of progress to all stakeholders and address key gaps and actions taken to mitigate the risk of non-completion of the plan.
