Senior Advisor, Skills Training and Competency Development

As part of the Product Development and Training Department, Group Benefits and Retirement Savings Division, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a training strategy that promotes the development of skills needed to support product innovation. You lead and influence practitioners on development projects and highly innovative, complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your field of expertise. You make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity.
