Overview

Act as a business leader in automated and personalized marketing. Ensure alignment between the marketing strategic vision, business needs, and technological execution. Define, evolve, and challenge the relationship marketing strategy. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate closely with analytics, BI, martech, and IT teams. Design and prioritize automated communication programs across the entire customer lifecycle. Define performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms. Ensure continuous optimization of automated campaigns. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues. Propose mitigation measures. Contribute to change management within internal teams. Ensure monitoring of best practices and trends in marketing automation, CRM, and marketing technologies.
