About the Role

As Senior Advisor (Capability Development), you will provide strategic advice on workforce capability, lead the design and coordination of development programs, and support the effective delivery of learning initiatives across the organisation.

  • Manage and coordinate entry pathway programs, including Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Cadetships, Internships and Graduate Programs, providing expert advice on program design, compliance, governance, attraction strategies and progression pathways.
