• Developing comprehensive multi-channel online advertising strategies for clients
• Executing and optimizing the performance of these online advertising campaigns especially on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Manage campaigns to achieve goals (KPIs)
• Conducting statistical performance analysis and reporting based on campaign results.
• Based on reporting and analysis, be able to find insights in improving the performance of the advertising campaigns.
• Work together with others departments to propose to new clients and take care of existing clients
• Train and lead some junior members of ad optimization

Key experience：
•At leastyears of experience in working in media/agency, can handle many campaigns for clients
