Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
• Lead Management: Call and counsel prospective learners from campaigns, website, and referrals;
maintain daily follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email; update CRM/Google Sheets with accurate
remarks.
• Counseling & Need Analysis : Understand background, experience, and career goals; map
learners to suitable programs; conduct structured discovery to address gaps.
• Product Pitching: Present program outcomes, tools (Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, ML, GenAI),
