We are partnering with a well-established, mid-to-large organisation to recruit an experienced Admin Assistant for an immediate start.
This is a fast-paced, team-based environment where you will provide essential support across operations and administration, ensuring day-to-day activities run efficiently. This is a temporary position with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Coordinating schedules, bookings, and general team requirements
- Assisting with project-related tasks and team coordination
- Supporting basic accounts tasks (invoicing, purchase orders, data entry)
- Assisting with HR administration (onboarding, documentation, maintaining records)
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
- Supporting the wider team as needed
