Support the smooth, accurate and compliant delivery of residential conveyancing services across Queensland. This role sits at the heart of this legal business, franchise network, ensuring matters progress efficiently from contract to settlement while maintaining the highest standards of client care, financial integrity, and legal compliance.

You’ll work closely with Franchise Owners, Conveyancers, and their Legal team, while overseeing workflow across the Finance & Administration team. What you’ll be doing
  • Managing Trust Account and General Account receipting, reconciliation, and compliance
  • Processing EFTs, bank cheque requests, and clearing residual settlement funds
