About this Opportunity

This role is responsible for supporting the end-to‑end operational delivery of Talent & Development (T&D) programs across multiple countries and stakeholders. The position ensures accurate program administration, participant tracking, system updates, data integrity, and coordination across vendors and internal teams. It plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence, governance compliance, and a seamless participant and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end administrative activities for T&D programs and leadership initiatives.
  • Manage participant tracking, confirmations, attendance validation, and completion status.
  • Ensure timely system updates (e.g., training records, reporting tools, internal platforms).
