Senior Administration Coordinator

Overview

The role of the Senior Administration Coordinator is to coordinate all Client's administration including, but not limited to;

  • Database Coordination (entry, archiving, version controlling etc.
  • Stationary and other equipment orders
  • Administering company assets and asset register
  • Payroll Coordination
  • Administrative Support to frontline Operations Managers (direct and contracted)
  • Assistance with staff recruitment and induction
  • Reception duties (become the first call champion of the Client)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all Client's Administration.
  • Coordinate and Administer company SharePoint corporate folders and files (including the archiving, version control, and review of all company documentation)
