Senior Activities Coordinator — Enrich & Connect

Care Concern Group is seeking an Activities Coordinator for our care home in Alsager. This role involves planning and delivering engaging activities to promote the wellbeing of our residents. You'll work 4 shifts per week, providing essential support to individuals, including those living with dementia.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and strong communication skills, along with a genuine interest in supporting older people. Training and support will be provided. Join us and help create a stimulating environment where residents feel valued and connected.
