About the Role 

Responsibilities 

Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, government, and commercial sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by deepening relationships and cross-selling portfolio (IT Infrastructure, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Backup/DR, and Managed Services).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
