We are currently working with a well-established business based in Blackpool who are recruiting for a newly created position of Senior Accounts Administrator to work within their busy financial team. Due to growth in the company over recent years, they are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator who will support the efficient running of the finance function by maintaining accurate records, coordinating financial processes and providing excellent support to colleagues and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: Process and record both internal overhead invoicing and product purchasing invoices Responsible for the expenses across the site, managing the receipts and checking all payments. Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for all financial import and export documentation.
