Senior Accountant (Tecate)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Accountant who doesn't just close books—but understands them, challenges them, improves them and is in lock step with our core values.

This role sits at the center of our accounting function, owning the GL, close process, and financial integrity across a fast-moving, operationally complex environment.

You’ll work directly with leadership and our cross-border team to drive accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Own

• Full month-end close execution
• GL ownership across all key accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations (and actually understanding them)
• Revenue recognition support tied to custom billing workflows
• Accruals, deferrals, and variance analysis
• Multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
• Support consolidations across U.S., Mexico and Canada operations
