Senior Accountant (Electronic Retail Franchise)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for electronic retail franchise. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, sales reconciliation, and inventory accounting.

Experience: 3–7 years

Location: Siliguri

Industry: Electronics Retail

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP/Prime
  • Manage sales, purchase, expenses, and vendor ledgers
  • Daily sales, cash, UPI & card reconciliation
  • Stock/inventory accounting and monthly physical verification
  • GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) & ITC reconciliation
  • TDS deduction and filing (24Q/26Q)
  • Prepare MIS reports and support store operations
  • Verify purchase invoices, GST rates, GRN & PO matching
