Job Description

  • Being responsible for the overall monthly account reconciliation (including but not limited to Cash, Accruals, VAT, WHT, and employee advances). Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining the balance up-to-date.
  • Supervising team members in preparing payments to both local and overseas vendors. Uploading the payment into bank systems.
  • Being responsible for overall accruals processes. Work closely with operation teams to ensure that the accruals are complete and accurate.
  • Preparing accruals during month-end closing and entering them into the ERP system.
