Senior Accountant – Multi-Client

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations for multiple client accounts. This role is hands-on and operational, with high ownership over month-end close, accrual-based accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. The ideal candidate is confident working across several entities, highly organized, comfortable in a client-facing environment, and experienced with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite. This role suits a senior-level accountant who enjoys structure, accountability, and translating financial data into clear insights for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the month-end close process for multiple clients, ensuring: 1. All balance sheet accounts are reconciled 2. Journal entries are prepared and reviewed 3. Outstanding transactions are reviewed and resolved 4. Financial statements are accurate and compliant
