Key Responsibilities1. Financial AccountingMaintain complete books of accounts in accordance with accounting principles. Record daily financial transactions accurately. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review journal entries and ledger postings. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. Monitor general ledger accuracy. Prepare trial balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet. 2. Dealership AccountingAccount for vehicle purchases from TVS Motor Company. Verify vehicle invoices and purchase entries. Reconcile OEM ledger balances. Monitor vehicle funding arrangements. Account for vehicle sales, accessories, insurance, finance commissions, and service income. Handle dealer incentive accounting. Account for warranty reimbursements. Monitor manufacturer credit notes and debit notes. Process incentive claims received from TVS. 3. Inventory AccountingMonitor inventory valuation.
