Senior Accountant

Our client is a concrete forming company, specializing in the construction of residential and commercial high-rise buildings. They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team!

About the Opportunity

• Support the Corporate Controller with month‑end and year‑end close, and assist in managing the full‑cycle accounting process for multiple entities
• Understand ASPE and GAAP, perform account reconciliations on a monthly basis, and prepare journal entries and adjustments
• Support year‑end review/audit requirements and provide requested documentation
• Maintain CAPEX and OPEX records, such as fixed assets, capital leases, operating leases, and equipment costs
• Work on inventory accounting and assist with inventory adjustments and physical counts
• Support the intercompany reconciliations and drive issues to closure for loans, cross charges, and intercompany invoicing
