Senior Accountant

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• BCom Accounting or CA(SA).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Accounting.
• Experience with Sage 300 (advantageous).
• Understanding of ERP systems and finance automation.
• Taxation knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and SARS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Accounting Department.
• Oversee month-end reporting, journals, reconciliations, VAT, and financial statements.
• Monitor spending, budgets, and balance sheet accounts.
• Analyse financial performance and explain variances.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS regulations, and internal controls.
• Assist with audits and maintain financial policies and procedures.
