Your mission

We're building Europe's leading Workplace Intelligence platform. After our successful Series B, we're accelerating our expansion in the DACH market — and you will be one of the key drivers of that growth.
As a Senior AE, you'll own your entire market: winning and developing strategic Mid-Market and Enterprise customers while helping build our Sales Hub in Pfäffikon. There is a clear path to grow into a future leadership role.

In this role you will

• Own the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment as a Senior Account Executive.
• Carry personal revenue and pipeline targets for the DACH region.
• Build on a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads.
• Proactively generate additional pipeline through outbound initiatives, testing new approaches to market penetration.
• Build and navigate buying committees, develop internal champions, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
