Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with video, creator activation, measurement, attribution, and new business line development.
  • Experience in leading with consumer insights and storytelling to influence clients.
  • Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline, or collaborating with customer stakeholders.
  • Experience within the media industry.
  • Knowledge of digital tactics for search and performance; ability to convey how growth hacking can deliver growth.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, investigative, and creative problem‑solving skills.
