Senior Account Developer

Location: One Corporate Center, Ortigas
Work Set up and Schedule: Shifting and Hybrid (1 day work onsite)

Salary is open budget depending on work experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Secure staff augmentation placements across all potential customer relationships.
  • Drive consistent upsell and cross-sell growth within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Leverage an established enterprise network to open new opportunities and expand the company's market footprint.
  • Establish McCoy as a trusted partner by aligning solutions with customer strategies and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to deliver value and successfully win opportunities.
