Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Access Control Technician to lead and execute large-scale multi-residential high-rise and mixed-use commercial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in access control, CCTV, and network infrastructure, along with the ability to manage crews, materials, and multiple scopes from rough-in through final commissioning.

Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead installation, programming, and commissioning of access control systems in high-rise and commercial environments
  • Manage field crews and coordinate daily site activities across multiple scopes
  • Execute full project lifecycle: rough-in, trim, programming, testing, and turnover
  • Install, terminate, and certify structured cabling (copper and fiber)
