Working Hours

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (8 hours a day on weekdays – follow the roster planned by supervisor).

Saturday: 7am to 1:30pm (4 hours – follow the roster planned by supervisor).

44 hours per week.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline service as a representative of Clinic
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
  • Assist patients with self‑service kiosks
  • Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned
