We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SENDCo to lead and champion inclusive practice across our school. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference, ensuring every pupil with SEND is supported to thrive, achieve and feel a genuine sense of belonging. Working in close partnership with the Headteacher, colleagues, families and external professionals, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering high-quality SEND provision. You will inspire and support staff to create inclusive, responsive classrooms where all pupils are valued and challenged to succeed. The role includes a 2-day classroom teaching commitment, ensuring you remain closely connected to practice and able to lead by example.
