You will work with pupils who have special educational needs, supporting their learning and well‑being in a range of classroom environments.

Duties as SEND Teaching Assistant

• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with personal care needs where required
• Encourage independence and social interaction among pupils
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff
