Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: Leeds

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £95 - £110 per day

The schools are looking to take on a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant on a temporary supply basis, with opportunities for permanent placements for the right candidate. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis across Primary Schools in Leeds, working with children with a variety of additional needs and supporting both academic and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEND / additional needs
• Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Flexibility to work across different Primary School settings
• A caring and patient approach to supporting young people
